+Lacrosse 46 Posted April 23, 2021 Report Share Posted April 23, 2021 I eat a lot of venison, crayfish, and rabbits. They come on my land frequently and are pests to my crops. I don't like to waste the meat, so we eat it. All are delicious in their own way, though I prefer venison sausage over pork sausage any day. It's also a lot leaner than beef.
