2007 I think about then, maybe a bit earlier. Clans and pking were active as friggggg, nearly everyone played to pk I’d say 

now too many bent Ironman chit that just wanna chop down logs it ain’t on 

plus when free trade went it was mega chit I quit then 

Up until 07 when pking around the mage bank was the pinnacle, lures were rife and nonces like rot were always waiting east of the axe hut in multi tryna rag people in 2k gear but iirc you could shag the whole lot from single.

Massive f2p wars were good up at the greater demon ruins but was nothing like 50+ people running around mage bank.
 

Probably 2009 for me when the wild returned was my favorite era. 

Although I loved 2007 / pre wilderness removal as a strong #2. I also liked multi bh #3.

I never clanned pre eoc I was just a edater. 

from 2013 when OSRS released I had a really good time in DI until 2014. 

I never got to experience the ''glory days'' so I'm unable to comment on that area. But I really did like the action in 2014.

2006-2010ish and rev caves were best times for RS

Each era has had its good times I think. But old bounty worlds with random loot and rev caves was bussin bussin

Multi craters was fun ngl. Was a youngin in vr back then. Also when they brought wild back and then up until like 2012
