Ornate Rejuvenation Pool (Full HP, All Stats Restored, Full Prayer, Full Run Energy, Full Special Attack Energy) Ornate Jewelry Box (Unlimited Teles to all locations on: Games Necklace, Ring of Dueling, Skills Necklace, Combat Bracelet, Amulet of Glory, Ring of Wealth) Altar of the Occult (Switch between Spellbooks: Standard, Ancient, Lunar, Arceuss) Guilded Altar (for future prayer xp or swag/fag parties) Fairy Ring, maybe Spirit Fairy Ring someday (would include Spirit Tree) Undead Dummy (for boosting prayer for f2p/p2p CWA) Armour Stand (for repairing barrows armour for cheap) Banner-painting Stand (for painting rune/steel kiteshields) 12 out of 14 possible Portal Locations (missing: Marim, Sennisten) Miscellaneous Storage (bookcases for books, Menagerie for pets, treasure room for costumes/TT items/capes/armour) Spent around 30-45M I believe...
